It’s time we get majorities for impeaching the entire bench, then limiting the power of the court to only issue suggestions without binding action on cases before it in civil matters. States and legislators need to be the ones held liable for bad policy, not untouchable despots on a bench for life. Obviously Thomas is not my focus of this comment, but he won’t be there forever.
