You make very good points. Thank you for using the word culture in this context because that's exactly what this revolves around. But the word race and racist is thrown around so much that even I just started using the word race when talking about it all.
For example, if someone is skeptical of what will happen if a bunch of low income housing enters your neighborhood... You're actually concerned about ghetto culture and the potential for crime that comes along with ghetto culture.
Very interesting, because of you I'm going to think more about my word choices across the board.
