There is no rational reason to not vote. Even if you were 99.9% sure the election was totally rigged and hopeless, the cost of standing in line for ~20 min to potentially save your country would always be worth it.

The people telling us not to vote are DemocRATs. This is what they do. They insert themselves into conservative groups and suggest retarded shit to ruin us. That’s how you got people running into the capital to take selfies. That’s how you got people to not vote in GA and hand the senate to Biden.
