These arguments were already presented by Fulton County during the hearings with VoterGA. The judge ordered a conditional unsealing of the ballots pending a hearing on the audit process on the 14th - ballot scanning is due to begin 26th. Clearly the judge doesn't buy the arguments against unsealing otherwise he wouldn't have ordered an unsealing at all, conditional or otherwise.
Why would Raffensperger try to prevent an audit that is pretty much guaranteed to go ahead anyway? Using the same weak arguments that didn't prevent the unsealing to begin with? Seems they are clutching at straws by now.
