I go laser bore sight first to get on paper with it in a gun vise and then sight in from there while in the vise. Doesn’t matter. You still need to shoot it. Cant hold it like a vise. Lasers are hard to see in the day and at any distance. If someone is in your house in the dead of night, it’s my personal preference not to have a shiny light announcing my position. That being said, I do have a tactical shotgun that has a super bright flashlight. Just don’t turn that on unless ya need to. If you depend on a laser and your battery is dead you’re screwed. If you I people shooting at my house 100 yards away or shooting at my neighbors house, I don’t have faith in a laser. Ammo is too expensive to waste but being able to hit your target isn’t a waste. If you miss while using a laser as a crutch then that’s a waste or worse, you hit something you should’ve have. But it’s good to ask these questions. You get good answers.
