People who do this need to have the book thrown at them. Hit them with the max penalties for felony vandalism, and filing a false police report. The school should also sue this person for defamation because what he's doing is essentially saying the school is one that welcomed racial discrimination/created an environment for it and his actions (until proven to be a fraud) led to a negative impact on the school's reputation. People like this cannot be allowed to get the kid glove treatment. Be merciless.
