They haven't connected the dots, and likely never will, between Antifa/BLM riots, police being told to stand down, the "defund the police" movement, and increased numbers of police officers quitting or retiring.
The government is systematically removing anyone that is loyal to oaths, the constitution, and morals. They want mindless thugs that will do exactly as they are told without second thought or question.
Watch carefully as the ranks are culled and crime skyrockets, some places are already wanting to "refund" the police, but they will have to hire new officers, which means that Affirmative Action and all the other anti-American, anti-white, anti-freedom policies will come into play.

Do I get it right that you imply that "defund the police" and general opposition to police was to purge them, and subsequent refunding was to hire guys willing to "get on with the plan"?

Look at the shit the cops are doing in Canada, UK, Australia hell right here in America as well. They fucking SHACKLED that restaurant owner in Michigan when they arrested her. That was an order coming from somebody above those “comrades” (officers) that arrested that WOMAN. That is not standard procedure for someone turning themselves in. That was ordered to happen. All I say that using the last years climate to purge the force from remainder of anyone at least half decent and then refilling police with the leftist scum makes sense as a hypothesis.
