There are doctors who gave their patients hydroxochloroquine and they saw recovery. Your friend unfortunately didn't have the right people to make sure they were treating him for the right reasons. Unfortunately many people have also died from what is in these shots and since they are not tested we will not know for years what is the long term effects.
