This, my small-town has fallen to Leftist Creep. The sleepy complacent locals assumed it can't happen here, and it already has. Sudden spike in crime, drive-by-shootings, screeching funny-hair protestors, migrant invasion, joggers preying on the gentrification and attacking monuments, all the joys of a DNC Stronghold the out-of state carpetbaggers brought with them. Our local government is a mockery, run by people with no familiarity with our area and no care for its history, installed into office with harvested votes.
I live in the rural area, I don't go "to town" anymore unless absolutely necessary, it's unrecognizable.
If it's a small town it would seem like it may be easier to turn the situation around. Maybe you can organize like-minded individuals to take your town back bit by bit.
It's possible, but I don't see any way to make the miscreants behave now that they have been wilding like this for the past 3-4 years. There is also the problem of vote-harvesting, the Leftists/DNC go into the jogger/migrant neighborhoods and fill out ballots for them (as they do in national elections nowadays.) If the populace at large did wake up enough to turn out and vote these carpetbagger locusts out, we would end up with one of the DNC-style 150% turnouts.
