The only one responsible for her abhorrent behavior is her. Pushing responsibility for it onto the weak husband's shoulders isn't going to change her behavior, its going to reinforce it.

And her 6 yr old daughter is going to turn out the same way as her POS mom. I say a root cause here is a weak husband.
