If you believe accomplishment is bad because the benefactor benefits over the consumer, then it's because you don't have what it takes to be a benefactor yourself. I'm not against people signing up to work the polls, and I don't think there's anything wrong with advertising toward people who may be more inclined to work those positions.
The point was that we're at war and people are basically bragging about doing nothing while the country that enriched them is being destroyed. Should've been more clear.
