I just applied for a diversity & inclusion job at an extremely large school district in a blue state
If I get the job, expect 50,000 red pills being subtly dropped each year. I'm an ethnic minority with a background in professional learning so I have a good shot.
I would get almost sole discretion in diversity curriculums & which teachers I can nag for their teaching not being conducive to a safe learning space.
Best of luck to you! My sister just recently moved to Pennsylvania and she's now responsible for designing curriculum for multiple schools in the Philly area. She isn't necessarily a Trump supporter but shares much of the same conservative values.
