I just applied for a diversity & inclusion job at an extremely large school district in a blue state
If I get the job, expect 50,000 red pills being subtly dropped each year. I'm an ethnic minority with a background in professional learning so I have a good shot.
I would get almost sole discretion in diversity curriculums & which teachers I can nag for their teaching not being conducive to a safe learning space.
Lol. I applied for the same job at my school knowing I wouldn't get it. I met all the criteria, and was more qualified than every other applicant, but I had one thing that disqualified me: I "pass" white. Oh well lol. At least I know a gay white dude that just got the chief position for the new DEI office in the air force (smh)
Why have you not sued for racial discrimination, assuming you did not get the job? File an EEOC complaint as well, although we all know up front that would be fruitless, with Resident Biden at the helm right now.
