The cruise lines are offering to sail with a requirement that 100% of passengers and 100% crew fully vaccinated (a "bubble" environment) and the CDC still won't allow them to set sail. That means the CDC does not trust the vaccines. What other explanation can there be? They know the vaccines are a joke

They’re apparently a group of unelected dictators that get to have a say over the entire running of the country.
They shouldn't, but since they seem to apparently have control over it, you have to wonder why they STILL won't allow it even if a vaccine bubble environment can be created
