Do not need to be in a city as I have started to have a dislike for people in general as there are more stupid people than smart walking around on this planet. The less I get in contact with, the better.

Pennsylvania (NOT PHILLY AREA!!). Northern PA is one of the freest places I know. I'm moving [back] there myself and away from Commifornia. I leave in less than 4 weeks.

Open carry state and concealed carry is "will issue" meaning you need a clean background and $20 to conceal carry.
