This has already killed off multitudes of smaller landlords. It's now going to take down larger ones, and likely quite a few of the big developers who are holding the bag for the many new condos/apt buildings being built here...whose construction contracts went into effect prior to covid 2020.
if they are going to hand out cash, why not give it to the landlords?

I guess this is their idea of "justice". Never seems to extend to those who have worked for what they have, unless the are politically connected.
