Except according to its own texts, it cannot stay there. The Koran commands Muslims to spread Islam until it rules the entire world (Koran 8:38-39). They do this by moving into non-Muslim countries.
This is an Islamic invasion is called hijra. It's a form of jihad, and follows Mohammed's example. Muslims are told to invade a land and establish bases. These bases go by many names including: mosques, masjids, madrasas, Islamic community centers, Islamic associations, Islamic cultural centers, Islamic foundations, Islamic unions, Islamic bookstores, etc... how many are in your community right now?

Muslims do not see themselves as "migrants" or "refugees" but rather invaders and conquerors. Muslims first demand, then take, everything they can get out of the "host" country. They regard all funding, grants, housing, cash, welfare, loans, and other benefits from the host country as a form of jizya. In the Koran, jizya is tribute or extortion money paid by non-Muslims in Muslim-occupied lands (Koran 9:29).
Muslims don't see any of this as kindness or compassion on our part. They believe it's all due them as Muslims, from us subjugated, inferior non-Muslims. Muslims are taught a supremacy doctrine called jahiliyya, which literally means any culture without Islam is "ignorant and stupid." The more we give them in funding, housing, food, welfare, health care, loans, whatever, the more we reinforce and legitimize their belief in jizya, their superiority over us, and the command of their demon-god Allah to spread Islam across the world.
