Mocha pot for espresso, can see at top of cupboard. Microwave approx. cup whole milk for 1:40, add 3 squares ghirardelli white chocolate, add vanilla syrup approx. 2 tbsp. Wisk hot milk whit choc van syrup to froth, by then espresso is brewed and read to pour in and wisk again.

I can't drink stand to drink overly sweet coffee anymore, but I can see guests liking something like this. I'll give it a save. 👍

I drink alot of Americano's too, half hot water, half espresso. I think getting older, I'm starting to be the same as you.

Yeah, I used to love sugary drinks. I leave work drenched in sweat, sugar means cramps. If I drink nothing with sugar or very little I don't get cramps 🤷‍♂️ I love coffee to much to give up, sugar had to go 🤣

Try black coffee with a big dollop of Kerrygold butter. It's really good and keto friendly.

Half hot water and half espresso? Isn’t espresso just really strong coffee? Sounds to me like you are making regular coffee.

Treat yourself to an Aerolatte to froth the milk. That and a moka pot is what we travel with when we rent a place with a kitchen.
