Inhaled steroids have been used forever I. Respiratory viruses! Especially important with elderly during flu seasons, etc!

But what did the geniuses at hospitals and urgent cares, etc, do? They sent everyone home. Come back when you can’t breathe and we’ll hook you up to a ventilator. Criminal. Or, do we really believe they are that stupid?

There was a doctor in TX last March talking about budesonide (inhaled steroid) and how it was 100 percent helping his patients with Covid. He said he couldn’t get the medical associations and govt agencies to acknowledge it.

This.was.all.planned.

I saw budesonide back on the shelf of the allergy aisle for the first time in about a year.

It's still there, usually as a nasal spray.

Budesonide is regularly nebulized in hospitals for inhalation. It's a cheap generic drug.

Just like the idiot Cuomo demanding thousands and thousands of ventilators they can hook everyone up to because that’s what the smart “expert scientists” said at the time.

Hm. Tin foil hat time. Financial strategy (without any personal culpability, or better, blamed on Trump supporters) to ward off the financial costs of aging baby boomers?

Thank God for these. Along with my regular inhaler these saved my life when I came down with H1N1 - had severe respiratory distress twice, and without my inhalers I would not have made it.

Am I wrong to think those numbers are better than Fauchi’s remdesivir?

remdesivir is a hoax too. Rammed through with questionable benefit. Even in the promise it was pathetic and yet it was fast tracked to hospitals while other treatments were showing better results. Can't have that. There is money to be made.

Remdesivir when used in conjunction with Dexamethasone shows a lot of promise.

I haven't seen many studies since the original ones justifying Remdesivir came out. Were there any new ones?

Initially Remdesivir didn't show a statistically significant mortality improvement and merely reduced time of hospitalization. Obviously, this would be advantageous for hospitals at high capacity but not a game changer otherwise.

It's initial promise was to reduce the amount of days in ICU from 15 to 11. Not exactly a stellar promise for such a roll-out. The US government could've sent out 10 pills of HCQ to everyone to prevent infection but instead chose this nonsense.

Damn .... that's gonna get banned now. Feel bad for those with asthma

A doctor in Michigan was touting this as the most effective treatment after the onset of symptoms. Pretty sure they were cancelled.

Cool!

Basically what Im seeing is that everything is more effective than lockdowns and masks.

Budesonide I think

Same thing was said about nicotine and propylene glycol used in vape.

So in other words, that probably means my risk is about nothing, since I have both the incidental stuff you use for attacks, and the daily stuff you take to prevent the attacks from happening.

There's been many very promising treatments discussed in mainstream science journals. No one cares. No one ever cared about treatments (except some very brave frontline doctors). Why would that be? If there were tons of seriously ill people you'd think nearly all of the energy would be directed at treating them. Curious.

THATS WHAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO TELL PEOPLE

Is this a play on the Biden voting curve graphic or whatever lol

Early on werent they all saying steroids made it worse?

2
sketchy_at_best 2 points ago +2 / -0

That is what I remember too! I wish someone who was better at science could chime in.

BTW when that CDC witch was crying on TV recently about how worried she was about the lifting of covid mandates, she mentioned some garbage about ventilators. It's been known for at least 6 months that putting people on ventilators was killing them. Many doctors stopped treating people all together once they put them on ventilators as it was thought to be too dangerous with all that airborn covid. So add all those people to the slaughter pile. But this ho doesn't even know ventilators aren't even used anymore. Great expert. I can tell she's genuinely concerned.

So OTC inhalers work?
