Peace in our time. Instead of ~80 million dead (~3% of the worlds population), we are looking at probably closer to one to two billion dead with 95% dying from starvation and disease. If the GPS systems are taken offline, worldwide shipping will drop, countries dependent on food imports will begin to starve within a month or so. Any country not able to produce the parts required to keep the power on and water flowing will experience depopulation events leading to general collapse. The result will not be a mad-max like scenario, there simply won't be enough people left. Humanity would be lucky to just keep from extinction.
