Generally a solid optic at a good price and the battery life is unbelievable due to the shake-n-wake feature. I've got 3 of them.

Good choice, I honestly don’t see the reason to get anything “better” than an M&P15, unless you wanted to build from scratch.
Yep.. The accessories are endless. My main "battle rig" just has magpul grip, and aimpoint patrol optic.. KISS and reliable
A MagPul grip is probably the best, and simplest upgrade for the price. I don't think the stock grip angle was ever engineered correctly.
Hint: Put ammo in the magazine and pull the trigger again. :)
