I think the cop was just unlucky to initiate the traffic stop while homeland security units were likely following him to a drop point? Im honestly confused how he didnt see the ar-15 either. I think I can hear him ask something like are there any weapons in the car, can I grab that for my own safety before asking him to walk back to his cruiser to show him the insurance papers?
