It's worth pointing out the etymology of the word "Bolshevik". It comes from Russian "bolshi", meaning "better", "greater".
"Build back better." That's bolshevism. It's the entire idea of top-down society building.
Bolsheviks are people who want to "Build better and greater." By imposing someone's subjective judgment on others.
This is as opposed to spontaneous growth based on principles that might be enshrined in some document, like a constitution.
Constitutions are inconvenient for bolsheviks, because they interfere with their Plan.
