This is what tells you this is real. How does their statement start with the safety of everyone other than inmates? Why would they put it like that to try to turn it around when the case is about the safety of inmates?
How is it this particular class of people are "inmates" while the rest are "residents"? How do those specific people come last when they're the victim in this case?
