When democrats mention systematic racism list out the following systematic racism:

• Public Schools that are worse than Private Schools and Charter Schools.
• Minimum Wage Law that disproportionately increases black unemployment.
• Affirmative Action that produces college mismatch and sees higher rates of blacks dropping out of college.
• Heavy business regulation in traditionally black neighborhoods.
• Welfare that subsidizes black failure and thusly encourages it.
• Planned Parenthood that disproportionately kills more black babies.
