Minimum Wage Law that disproportionately increases black unemployment. Affirmative Action that produces college mismatch and sees higher rates of blacks dropping out of college. Heavy business regulation in traditionally black neighborhoods. Welfare that subsidizes black failure and thusly encourages it. Planned Parenthood that disproportionately kills more black babies.
