What it means, though, is if, out of 1,000 unvaccinated people you could expect 100 to get the virus, in a crowd of 1000 vaccinated people, only 10 will get it.
Versus how CNN is apparently using a concept that if 1,000,000 unvaccinated travelers flew, all 1 million would catch it, because... They don't understand numbers and are just a propaganda mouthpiece for globalists and Marxists.
