Yes but let's say the Cooling Pumps do fail (the place has it's own Emergency Generator, besides it literally generates power), any Fallout from a Melt Down would be contained inside the Superstructure.

Listen, I've been desperately trying not to spell everything out to you like a child because these topics are genocidal. So I quit here. Do some basic research without just being lazy and jumping to ignorant conclusions.

Ignorant Conclusions? I think you mean, General Fucking Knowledge. It's pretty hard to start a Nuclear Meltdown, and it would be harder to do it as Foreign Power.

We have something like 23 Nuclear Power Plants in America, all have Security.

Like I said before, it would be far easier to just disrupt our Train Network by derailing a couple of Trains, and basically starve Coal Power Plants of said Coal.
