Guy refused to pull over for a mile to a mile and a half. Refused to exit suv (PA vs Mimms has something to say about that) Resisted being placed in cuffs. He fought compliance at every turn, and frankly got the appropriate treatment. He also claims to be a medical officer yet seems to know nothing about OC spray even asking officers to pour water on his face which would have made it worse. He was doing everything he could to make those cops look bad but in the end he only makes himself look like an ass as far as I am concerned. The reality is this dude should not be an officer in the military, he can't even follow simple orders.
