So he fleas in his car again and the police choice is to shot. Why? Why not get back into their car or cars and set after the man? I really wish there is body cameras on this. We don't know exactly what has happen but to start shooting in an instance must be the last choice. A car chase must be the first.

Car chases are dangerous for the fleeing criminal, the police that have to chase him, and every single innocent driver on the road.
