What you do as this catastrophe present itself in all details is that you (perhaps not you in person) but in general in the thread, is that the young black man deserved it because he tried to run off and that it was a warrant on him. Now there is a police who forgot she held a gun... that also means she is totally reluctant weather she put him in danger or not.

There is one case I think the police did the right thing. It was when they shot a man in the back which his ex-wife had a restrain order on. He tried to take of with their three kids. Police shot him. Fine, police couldn't let him run off with three kids.

The military guy. Two miles you say? Annoying yes, reason for the police to lose their shit? No. Unbuckle the belt? Put his hands down so the police can't see them (grabbing a gun) I wouldn't do it in front of a police. I rather sit their with hands in the air not moving.

I wish there sometimes was a bit a reality check, not all cops are good and they make a million good arrests or stops each month that goes according to the book. Shit happens, but just say "fuck, this is bad" sometimes when it is.
