they can start by refusing to do anything against the constitution. if that get them fired thats not very different from quitting. but that gives them a chance to correct course.
I've been reading the protect and serve sub on reddit. From what I tell, most are just sand bagging it. Wasting time, not puling anyone over anymore. Going to calls and spending 2-3x as much time on it. Doing more stuff so they can be in the police station "writing a report" and so on.
