I've think the Miranda Rights need to be updated for modern times. As you know, they currently are:
"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions. You have the right to have a lawyer with you during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish. If you decide to answer questions now without a lawyer present, you have the right to stop answering at any time."
The updated version reflects modern justice much more accurately:
"You have the right to be violent. Anything you steal can be used by your family. You have the right to talk to a reporter to make up lies before the truth comes out. You have the right to have a lawyer play the race card during trial. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be provided for you for free just like everything else. If you decide to incite a race riot without the police present, you have the right to stop obeying the law at any time."
After all, that's how it works now, right?
"You have the right to a multi-million dollar payoff from the local municipality who are under the threat of riots"
