If you watch the video that poor kid was practically in tears begging the cop to tell him what to do. He was scared shitless. It's hard to watch. That fucker kept screaming at him with his rifle pointed at him. He was crawling toward him as ordered, stumbled probably because he was already drunk then the fucker gunned him down like a wild hog. He flat out murdered that kid. That kid could do no right in that situation. That evil bastard doesn't deserve a pension, he deserves the death penalty.
