I’m a musician and I had a gig in a fairly popular chain restaurant last night. I noticed that a couple of large groups had left in a huff towards the end of our show. The manager later told me that she had to close the restaurant because they were so short staffed. They’ve apparently had jobs posted for weeks with ZERO applications received. She said almost every restaurant in the area is having the same problem. All the school districts are desperate to hire bus drivers. Businesses that didn’t go completely under at the height of lockdowns are now just fading away because they can’t get people to even APPLY for positions. All these people living it up on stimmies, re-upped unemployment, and basically UNIVERSAL INCOME with the child income credit. It means we’re headed for a perfect storm. These handouts will dry up and these folks will finally go out looking for jobs and a vast amount of businesses will be gone. The real economic fallout from this scam is what will bring the “great reset”. The potato administration is going to get to bring in “new deal” type legislation that will make FDR look like Ronald Reagan. I think this is coming a lot sooner than people realize.
