This is why I worry for the future of crypto, it's a huge threat to the US dollar.
The US has had a free ride off the backs of being the world's reserve currency since Bretton Woods Agreement was terminated by Nixon in the 1970s.
If the dollar losses that reserve status, America is beyond fucked. America will absolutely got to war to defend that reserve status so make no mistake they will try and kill crypto.
America will still have defensible geography; the world's best river network; plentiful fresh water and arable land; advanced agriculture, industry, and technology; an armed citizenry; and all the oil, gas, coal, solar, wind and nuke energy we care to use.

This is a far more rosier take than is often uttered around here. Is it realistic to think we could keep all that in a hostile world war?
