I don't know how to do it, but our goal needs to be to change the narrative around safety. We've allowed people to get the idea in their head that, not only is the government responsible for your healthy and safety, but they're capable of keeping you healthy and safe. A seconds worth of critical thought should disabuse anybody of that notion. Why give up your freedom to be protected from a mass shooting (which you're extremely unlikely to be killed in) when you could just end up dead in a car accident? Should motor vehicles be banned so you don't need to feel afraid? Oops, now you can get trampled by the horse that's pulling the buggy.
Further, the FBI has repeatedly proved themselves derelict in protecting people from mass shootings with the laws/resources/authority they already have. Why should we give them, or any other government agency, more and expect better results?
We need flip the narrative and get people to understand that the only people they can count on to care about their safety is themselves. You need to take care of yourself, not the government. You need to take care of your family, not the government. You need to take care of your community, not the government. The government doesn't care about you.
Dare anybody who thinks the government can/will take care of them to name any positive interactions with the government that would lead them to that conclusion.

The media and academia have successfully convinced many people to abandon God, and instead pray to government. I’ve come to realize how stupid the average person is due to the endless MSM/entertainment industry’s propaganda. No one thinks for themselves at all anymore. Yeah. Our modern culture has destroyed/diminished the traditional support structures of family and community. In the past you would rely on:
Yourself 1st. This has been destroyed by the modern desire to absolve oneself of all personal responsibility.
Your family 2nd. This has been destroyed by the negative view of family that's been fostered in our culture, and the tendency of so many people to allow their family relationships to become toxic.
Your community 3rd. This has been destroyed by cultural shift. Everybody's goal is to go to college away from home, then move somewhere besides their hometown. People don't feel connected to the place they live or the people they live near.
Now that the traditional support systems have been destroyed, people flock to the government to solve all of their problems. And the government is more than happy to dangle the carrot stick of solutions in front of you as long you're willing to keep giving them more power.

I am still working one step one. Growing up during the time of the “Self-Esteem Movement” I always thought it was weird that’s what was pushed so specifically. Now that I’m awake I know why though. They were creating an entire generation of narcissists. It actually dove tails very nicely with your point of people’s goal to absolve themselves of any personal responsibility.
It’s a dangerous combination. Now we have multiple generations of people who think so highly of themselves, while also being basically worthless to society, and you can’t make them see it.
I guess we are just going to have to collapse, because I don’t see how this problem gets fixed. Sure, there are going to be people who wake up and work to fix it, but I think there are many more people who won’t. We are just slowing down the fall. I could be wrong though.

So this person is openly advocating that legally purchasing a gun should be setup so that black people find it nearly impossible to do.
