It's culture, not skin color. Once this world stops attributing this behavior to skin color and starts attributing to culture then we will realize that there ARE cultures that do not belong in a free society. Then we can address the problem.

its not skin color. The skin color is just a superficial aspect of the general genetic profile. The real issue is different alleles of monoamine oxidase enzymes than other populations and the fact that their ancestors' selection pressures revolved around penis size, ass size, and ability to wipe out competing tribes.

They never had selective pressure to plan or to work across tribes. They never had selective pressure to think beyond the immediate future. As a result - most of them do not have the ability to project into the future and plan accordingly when a decision is necessary.

People that evolved in temperate climates that had to deal with winter generally have a more acute awareness of time and the necessity for planning. The members of the population that did not plan were killed off in the winter. This is a very strong negative selective pressure. The necessity to create structures that were sturdy enough to survive winter or structures that could float for large scale fishing - also provided a huge selective pressure. Those that could not master tool use and build sufficient shelters were killed off in the winter.

Sub Saharan Africans had no such pressure. As a result - most are not capable of functioning in a civilized society that requires things like forward planning and low time preference in order to succeed. They will ALWAYS need to be kept - like pets - provided for by others. Most of them will never even reach the point of self awareness. Most of them do not have an inner dialogue.

Its not a matter of culture. The culture is an outgrowth of the genetic selective pressure that created us all.

If you give them a task and train them - they might be able to do it but will ALWAYS do just enough to not get recrimination. The vast majority will stop if not watched and don't have the ability to think beyond that. They are much more interested in short term dopamine hits like food and sex. Why do you think people will spend thousands of dollars on nonsensical flashy chains or cars with rims instead of investing that money or buying property? The short term hit is vastly more important to them than much larger long term gains from delaying gratification.

Sure there are outliers. Those are the people the media shows you. Those are the people you are supposed to assume are typical. But reality is - try to pick some randoms and have conversations - they don't think beyond the current moment and they never will.

American black people have a higher probability of having European ancestry in addition to African - so they typically have better test scores than their full blooded African bros. And Some subpopulations went through extensive selective pressure by dint of colonization such that only the successful and compliant ones replicated. But most are still about as intelligent as the people struggling with sharpened stick technology 10,000 years ago.

The old timers from the civil rights movement are still some what alright. They have been subverted, but the newer generations are just completely gone mentally. So yes i do agree with your comment.

Often it's because the government leadership orders them to stand down. Sometimes the cops just get overwhelmed. Look up the total number of sworn officers in your area and then the population. The math is simple. If enough people are angry and the police are not allowed to use force except maybe to stop murders...

We knew this happen, just needed something to give them a "reason" to burn loot and murder. They were already on stand-by with the Chauvin trial.
