Incidentally - memory itself and the neuronal long-term potentiation is likely the result of some of these sorts of structures being intentionally created in order enhance discharge probability from a particular combination of synaptic inputs.
The vaccine itself and the spike proteins it elicits on the cell surface of cells that take in the vaccine lipid raft will not cause Alzheimer's and is very unlikely to cause long term impact for most people. These cells are killed by the immune system when they express spike. The vaccine lipid rafts do not have a long residence time and the specificity of the antibodies for it will give most people's immune system a heads up if they encounter wild virus.
Don't worry about "variants" or any other nonsense the media puts out. Every person has a huge population of variants because viruses are evolution as raw as possible. Most virus builds screw up - but so many of them are made they can explore a very large configuration space in parallel.
