I lived in this area for 45 years. If there is one thing I can tell you about Minnesota Cops, it is that they take air freshener laws very seriously.

Parents teach their children at a very young age to NEVER have an air freshener in public view and if you did, you might be executed by the Police. It is not something to take lightly.
