Minnesota Case # 27-CR-21-4400, filed 3/4/2021, warrant issued 4/2/2021.

  1. Carry/possess pistol w/out permit - public place (Gross Misdemeanor, Statute 624.714.1a)
  2. Fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle (Misdemeanor, Statute 609.487.6)

Carrying <21 is not necessarily a crime. Would have to check local laws. Here in open carry is legal (for now), and 18 year olds can open carry - they just can't purchase from FFL, they would have to be gifted to them. They can't get concealed license until 21, though.
