It really shows you how ignorant people can be.

I see too many videos of Grandmas and Grandpas with their faces full of frustration, abject sadness, and resignation when they get a visit (if at all) through a window.

It really breaks my heart that alienating them because of a cold is now the norm.

It's cruelty.
