Blacks are treated a lot like women. Think about it. Blacks get their own special spaces, just like women. Blacks aren't held responsible for their violent outbursts, just like women. Women commit violence? Blame men. Blacks commit violence? Blame White Men. Blacks get their own special interest groups (NAACP, etc), women do too!
