I did not say that. There are outliers in every group. Just as Einstein and Newton existed - so does Thomas Sowell. The existence of outliers does not negate the general average or the mass of the distribution. Everything happens along a gaussian distribution. The median and mode are important though. That dictates where the functional mass is.

There are a LOT of white people that fall below the intelligence level necessary to survive without assistance from others. That is a problem in and of itself.
