The evidence and the testimony point to that conclusion. It will be interesting to see if the jury convicts him anyway. They don't want to be targets either.

Interesting isn't the word I'd use when an innocent mans life hangs in the balance. Barbaric, unethical, unsound, nonsense, madness are just a few words off the top of my head.

I'd rather defend myself from joggers for a year than live with the guilt of sentencing an innocent man. I'd imagine most people don't have integrity anymore though.

Chauvin is going to be thrown under the jail because jurors are afraid of being doxxed and having their own lives ruined
