The evidence and the testimony point to that conclusion. It will be interesting to see if the jury convicts him anyway. They don't want to be targets either.

Yep, I'm not getting my hopes up for justice to prevail. We haven't really had a lot of that happening lately.

Only way for justice to prevail is if he's acquitted and then all resulting riots are crushed.

One of those may occur but definitely not both.
