I really am predisposed to think of Gates as a Bond Villain, I've hated him for three decades now but this here is pretty weaksauce and is also undermined by the antivax slant adjacent in the picture.

The reason Gates mentioned vaccines is because in third-world shithole countries they have tons of kids on the off-chance that most of them don’t survive into adulthood due to disease. That’s a mindset that has carried over for generations, but vaccinations can break that cycle because now they can have fewer children and all of them will survive into adulthood.
Then some retard reads this and says “DUUUUUUHHHHHH, HE WANTS TO KILL US WITH VACCINES GUYS!” Actually he’s just a dude who thinks vaccines are the holy grail, and overall is generally a ruthless douchebag.
Good take. I couldn't ever sit with the vaccine depopulation theory because it didn't make sense that these guys would also put all that funding into clean water systems, etc. for these areas they are claiming are overpopulated.
It makes more sense that they are trying to modernize the continent and subsequently the birth rates will stabilize.
