My understanding is that an employer CAN force a test and CAN make you tell them the results, but they CANT confirm that you had covid to any coworkers or customers. Even if they make you quarantine, they cant tell your coworkers it was because of covid.

My sister went to the dr and they said she had a sinus infection days later she was running a fever and no taste or smell went back to the dr and tested positive for wuflu. Both of her babies are also sick. My mom is thinking of getting the vaccine I begged her not to she hasn’t heard of anyone having any problems. I yelled at her and told her news won’t report it and Facebook blocks anything negative about the vaccine. My sister said she doesn’t care she’s not getting the shot. My mom was a manager at Walmart all last year and never got wuflu. She still hasn’t got it but she worries about my uncle who is mentally handicap. He just had a heart procedure done. So now I’m begging my mom to look on the internet for all the ppl who are dying from the shot. Come to find out my cousins husband went to Detroit when his mom had wuflu and brought it back and got my whole damn family sick!
I'm pretty sure it is a bad idea to get any vaccine if you currently have the disease. If they are saying you don't have COVID and their tests are shit, why would you trust their vaccine.
