These kinds of testing scenarios are super common and always have been. THey're done for all manner of natural disaster, declarations of war, pandemics, etc... Using it as evidence of a conspiracy seems reaching in my opinion.

Not when you add in the fact the DHS shut down the gain of function coronavirus research lab in 2014. Then Dr Shi relocates to Wuhan. Then in 2015, Fauci sends the Wuhan lab $3.7 million while at the NIH. Then in 2017, Fauci predicts a “surprise outbreak” that will occur under the Trump administration. Then in 2017, the world banks starts selling its first ever “pandemic bonds” that were set to expire in the summer of 2020. Then in 2018, social media companies begin banning conservatives. Then in 2020, the World Integrated trade solutions website was shown to trade covid-19 “test kits” as early as 2018 and the Twitter users who exposed this were banned from social media. Add in the fact this pandemic supposedly hit America harder than any country and how inflated our numbers were due to the false positives produced by the bullshit PCR tests. Also consider how we suspended our constitution, & pushed mail in voting for a virus that killed less people than cancer and heart disease even if you believe the numbers are real. Also, the world’s population increased in 2020 during a pandemic? Give me a break. Oh, and vaccine companies are legally EXEMPT from liability. Surely, these exercises were just part of normal government operations that totally were meant to prevent a natural born outbreak not a man made one. MY ASS!
