They've had my package marked out for delivery for 3 days and just keep rescheduling it at the end of each business day.
It's only traveling less than 10 miles.
I called and the lady said " it's on the truck but we're still trying to get everything sorted and figured out." I said "FOR 3 DAYS?!?!?"
I asked if I could just come get it and she said NO, that it's at a location where public pick-ups aren't allowed, and that it will take longer to ship it to a location where I can pick it up than to just continue waiting.
So basically they're holding my property hostage while they continue not getting their shit together.
Ive has problems like this. Came to find out that the driver would have had to work overtime to come to my area for one package and they would just leave packages on the truck until they got enough to justify driving to my area. Assholes.
